What is a Sub-processor
A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by SiteDocs, who have or potentially will have access to or
process SiteDocs customer data (which may contain PII). SiteDocs engages different types of sub-processors to
perform various functions as explained in the table below.
Due Diligence
SiteDocs employs a robust “Privacy/Security by Design” process in which we evaluate the security, privacy and
confidentiality practices of each proposed sub-processors that will or may have access to or otherwise process
Sitedocs Data.
