NPSG Global manages hundreds of simultaneous projects across regions, some teams acting as the last boots on the ground before a facility goes live. Interior finishing, retrofits, and late-stage installations introduce heightened safety risks, especially when timelines compress and crews are working long hours near handoff.
While the fundamentals of safety remained consistent, regional regulations, project requirements, and contractor needs varied significantly. Paper based processes and disconnected systems made it difficult to answer critical questions in real time:

- Are required safety documents current, signed, and time-stamped if audited?
- Can field teams access what they need when they’re tired and under pressure?
It was rare, if ever, for those questions to be completely covered at all times. For NPSG Global, safety leadership needed confidence, visibility, and speed. In 2025, NPSG kept over 1,200 workers safe across 522 active locations.

Additionally, NPSG was not looking to trade the delays and gaps of paper based
safety for another set of issues caused by a regionally specific app, or one that
